the room was clean. it had a coffee machine. i found luxurious chocolates in the room. the bathroom was spacious with good natural light.
The hotel's location is on a congested main street. the entrance is narrow. this could risk damage to wider cars. reception staff could have been more cute. A smile would help.

the hotel was clean that i can say the restaurant offered a menu with good variety
i was not happy about the noise level the noise from other guests through thin walls made sleep difficult the temperature control was not good either it felt too warm with limited ability to adjust it this really impacted the comfort of my stay and caused a lack of proper rest and the breakfast experience was underwhelming the toaster did not work properly and the fresh fruit wasn't good at all

thin wallspoor customer service
i wasn't happy with the noise levels. the walls seemed thin because i could hear kids crying early in the morning. this made it hard for me to sleep well. also the pizza i ordered was not cooked properly it was messy and the toppings fell off when i tried to eat it. the barman said pouring a guinness from a can was faster than the pump which i found really poor customer service.

slow serviceinconsistent food
the restaurant clearly struggles during busy periods service was slow and somewhat chaotic food quality seemed inconsistent for a supposedly upscale place it was a shame because the ambiance was nice but the kitchen and waitstaff need better coordination the noise levels from the bar drifted into my room late at night a quieter room would have been preferable

I returned and had such a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful! i even got some treatments at the v spa and the therapists were top class. i will totally recommend it to everyone and i can't wait to come back!
I ordered a guinness 0.0, but i twice got one from a can, not poured from the pump. the barman told me it was quicker from the can. That wasn't good customer service!

fantastic stay!

spacious roomsecure parkingpaper-thin walls
The room was a classic king room and very spacious! everything was spotlessly clean. i really liked the thick mattresses. the hotel provides secure parking on site, a great feature. The main street is also a one-minute walk away.
My room was next to a family. Their kids were screaming and crying all night and from 6am! it stopped me and my wife from sleeping well. I missed breakfast because i was exhausted.

Our classic king room included coffee, tea, water, a hairdryer, soap, and towels. Everything one needs for a comfortable stay. the giant double bed was very appreciated. there was also a 10% reduction voucher for mcelhinneys.
